Flight Instructor (MIC/FCM)

Thunderbird’s Professional Flight Instructors are responsible for providing quality instruction to both Academy College students and our retail customers. As frontline team members, our flight instructors must be customer service oriented and knowledgeable in all applicable Federal Air Regulations, to include Parts 61, 91, and 141.Our CFI team is responsible for generating new student lead opportunities and developing relationships with customers.

Eligibility Requirements:
Flight Instructors are a critical part of the Thunderbird team. To be considered for this position, applicants must have an unrestricted Commercial Pilot Certificate, as well as a current Flight Instructor Certificate, and a current Second Class Medical. Successful candidates must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, be organized and willing to work on weekends and weeknights.
