Flight Instructors – Flight Instructors are the heart of Thunderbird Aviation Family. Our instructors provide outstanding flight instruction and mentorship to all their students in a professional, safe and comfortable environment. Our Flight Instructors work to ensure compliance with applicable Transportation Security Administration (TSA) procedures and Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)

Customer Service Representative – Customer Service Representatives are the forefront of the Thunderbird Aviation Family. As frontline team members, The CSR is responsible for providing excellent customer service and developing relationships with customers. The CSRs opens and closes our operations, dispatches aircraft, and bills customers for flight instruction, aircraft rental and merchandise sales. The CSRs also work closely with all other departments keeping everyone connected.

Line Service Technician – A Line Service Technician is a vital member of the Thunderbird Aviation Family, holding down an array of duties related to general servicing of aircraft (Fueling, parking, towing, and moving aircraft) as well as providing exquisite service to the crew, passengers and clients.

A&P Mechanic – Aircraft Mechanics are a crucial part of the Thunderbird Aviation Family. This position is responsible for conducting and completing 100 hour inspections and unscheduled repairs to our flight school fleet as wells as our FAR 135 charter and aerial detection aircraft.

A&P Apprentice Mechanic – A&P Apprentice Mechanics are a valuable and welcome addition to the Thunderbird Aviation Family. We are proud to be able to offer Apprentice Positions in partnership with Academy College. Apprentices work under the supervision, guidance and mentorship of our Mechanics and Director of Maintenance Paul Bloch.
